How long will it take for my call to be booked?
We arrange all home visits within 24 hours of receiving the initial call. Should you wish units can be dropped off at the shop, this can also be done.

Do you always take the product?
This will depend upon the fault of the unit. A senior field engineer will aim to repair the unit at your home, however if it is a complex repair your unit will have to be uplifted to the workshop.

How long will it take to receive an estimate for an out of warranty unit?
This would depend upon the size/type of unit. Please contact the reception desk for further details.

What is your turn around time?
We aim to get units back to you within 3-5 working days depending on parts availability. Customers can enquire and check on line the progress of their report, nevertheless if in doubt please call the office!
